About Dynamic

Co-founded by Michael Paccetti and Joseph Netrda in 2002, Dynamic Personal Training has been pleasing clients for almost two decades. Mike and Joe earned their stripes at the New York Sports Club, where their passion for fitness caused them to branch off and create their own venture.  Both owners are certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have over 20 years of experience in the industry.

Joe Netrda

Joe Provides his clients with individualized training programs and nutritional counseling. His previous experience includes personal training at Gold's Gym and the New York Sports Club. One of Joe's core beliefs is that adopting a lifestyle of optimal nutrition along with a well-balanced progressive training program is essential to long-term success.

Mike Paccetti

Mike has extensive experience working with post rehab clients and athletes. In addition, Mike has completed numerous certifications such as Medical Exercise Specialist and is currently certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

DAN HAYN

Dan is a graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training (AAPT) and completed a B.S. of Exercise Science from Hofstra University. Dan has an athletic/sports background, and a passion for outdoor recreation including hiking and obstacle racing. He has taken and passed the NYPD physical agility test, and has helped clients prepare for the NYPD, FBI and USMC physical agility tests. Dan’s experience as a personal trainer and small group instructor includes Blink Fitness, GYMGUYZ, Major League Strength, and Kinetic Sports Club. Dan’s education and hands-on experience enable him to utilize a large variety of training methods into each exercise program.

Susan Papertsian

Susan is NASM-certified, with additional in-depth education and hands-on training from the Equinox Fitness Training Institute, and also has certifications in Kettle Bells, ViPR and pre/post-natal.She has experience working with men and women of all ages and fitness levels, with a special affinity for working with seniors. Susan enjoys hiking, and has found that weight training has increased her endurance for long, arduous hikes.

OMAR Z. SILVA

Omar Z. Silva has over 18 years experience studying functional movements of athletes as well as people of all fitness levels. His great knowledge of anatomy and neuromuscular physiology stems from more than 6 years of clinical rehabilitation experience in addition to having completed a highly accredited neuromuscular stretch certification.
